China Stars Events has launched a community involvement program called  reach out - build bridges . We see our community as quite widespread and so the projects we get involved in are in various parts of the World.

For many years the Director has been involved with schools from previously disadvantaged townships in South Africa. This involvement continues to this day and we are pleased to see a number of schools from these areas coming to Beijing for tutti. China Stars Events has been pleased to assist them to make what may be a once in a lifetime journey.

In Beijing , our first intiatives were to invite a local primary school to perform traditional Chinese music and ethnic dances at our 2010 Opening Ceremony and then to run a tennis coaching clinic for primary age players from a number of Beijing schools. See here. In 2011 we invited 2 premier Chinese school music groups to perform and showcase their culture at tutti world youth music beijing concerts and they were a big hit.

We continue to look for ways to closely interact with the local Beijing community and are pleased to announce our newest project for tutti world youth music beijing 2013.

As part of our ongoing program, tutti world youth music beijing is pleased to announce a partnership initiative with Griffith University from Queensland.  Griffith University will provide 10 scholarships for talented young Chinese musicians to attend tutti world youth music beijing 2013 !! As well, a selected number of high level students from the Queensland Conservatory will travel to Beijing to be 'under-tutors' at the event.
